2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.petlandshop.com will be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
1 - Object
1. The purpose of these general sales conditions is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding ordering, selling, payment and delivery methods for purchases made on the website www.petlandshop.com

4. Pet Land will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. If the product is unavailable, Pet Land undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible of the unavailability of the product and replacement date.
5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. The data entered in ''Delivery details'' is considered for the invoice. If you want the invoice with data different from the delivery data, when choosing the payment method, you must remove the selected field where it indicates ''Billing address'' ''Same as the delivery address'' and fill in with the data you want on the invoice. The NIF must always be entered above and in ''Delivery details''. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
6. Order requests are valid for 2 (two) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline, and it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period .
If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.
3 - Payment

b) Credit/Debit card;
c) Paypal;
d) Via Easypay - Payment Institution Lda, which includes:

4 - Delivery
1. Delivery times can be consulted in point 2 of the shipping and delivery policy. Delivery can be carried out by different carriers, depending on the destination and weight of the packages, chosen by the preparation team at the time of dispatch, these are Vasp, CTT, DPD, GLS, Expresso24 or Lima Oliveira Transportes.

5 - Prices
1. Prices must be expressed in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account the operative VAT on the date of payment of the order.
2. If there is an error in the Price of any product, the User will be informed immediately, being able to choose to receive their order (paying the difference if the price is higher than that shown, or receiving the difference if the value is lower presented) or for canceling it.
6 - Cancellation and return
1. The cancellation or return process is handled by Pet Land. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email info@petlandshop.com, within 14 days of placing the order.
2. Whenever possible, the return must be made using the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.
3. Pet Land undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned products, at Pet Land's address.

Its provision is optional and the right to access, rectify and cancel any data that directly concerns you, in person or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website is guaranteed, under the terms of the law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Pet Land - Artigos para Animais reserves the right to change, add or revoke, partially or completely, these terms and conditions without prior notice and with immediate effect.
